Compared with ordinary belt transmission, synchronous toothed belt has the following advantages:
① The strong layer made of steel wire rope deforms very little under load, the circumference of the toothed belt remains basically unchanged, there is no relative sliding between the belt and the pulley, and the transmission ratio is balanced and accurate;
② The toothed belt is thin and light, and can be used in high-speed situations. The linear speed during transmission can reach 40m/s, the transmission ratio can reach 10, and the transmission efficiency can reach 98%
③Compact structure and good wear resistance;
④ Due to the small pre tension, the bearing capacity of the shaft is also relatively small;
⑤ Manufacturing and installation require high precision and strict center distance.
